The Laugher is a mind fuck of a lunatic who preys on obese liberals and sweet innocent brunette boys and comments in their insecurities by laughing to an unhealthy amount. How The Laugher keeps up with their maniacal behavior is beyond many, it just does its job and expects people to accept it. It will always go out of its way to creep up on its prey and laugh and comment on their flaws. However, their comments can cause harm upon its prey.

The Laugher is the only anomaly who lives in Strawberry Village, it lurks in the sewers and sneaks past security system to spy on its potential victims. It is an intelligent yet an insufferable being who will do what it’s best for them
