It calls itself Medicine, it is a white whispery manifestation who pretends to be a cure for trauma, but it does that to import the trauma onto an unsuspecting victim, causing the victim to suddenly be diagnosed with PTSD and other mental illnesses. Medicine is a trickster spirit who acts a friend to some and a secret enemy to other people. It knows what it’s doing is wrong, but it doesn’t care.

Medicine is a rare anomaly with an origin, it was once a gust of wind that gained sentience. It met a young man who was dealing with the sexual assault of his ex female partner. The gust insisted on dragging his trauma onto her and she was not the same since. The young man would also help the local archivists document Medicine as he realized its became obsessed with its newfound power.
